This Spring we are launching a refer-a-friend campaign in Univa Staff! Introduce us to a friend of yours who is currently looking for a job in Japan and you can get up to 100.000 yen in Amazon gift cards!

📝How to participate📝

　✏Introduce us to a friend or acquaintance who is currently looking for a job in Japan by contacting us through our website, or our email address usf-staff@univacap.com

　✏We will contact your friend and conduct a career consultation, in which we will present your friend with job listings that match their wishes.

　✏If your friend decides to apply to one of the companies we introduce them to and lands an interview, we will provide total support so that they get an offer from said company.

　✏If your friend successfully passes the screening process and joins the company we introduced them to, you will get up to 100.000 yen in Amazon gift cards as a reward!

　✅The participant’s friend must be residing in Japan.

　🌸April 26th 2024 ~ September 1st 2024

🏆About the reward🏆

　⭐The reward consists of up to 100.000 yen in Amazon gift cards.

　⭐The reward will be given in three parts, through the span of three months.

　　　🏆You will be rewarded one 30.000 yen Amazon gift card one month after your friend joins the company we introduced them to.

　　　🏆You will be rewarded another 30.000 yen Amazon gift card two months after your friend joins the company we introduced them to.

　　　🏆You will be rewarded one 40.000 yen Amazon gift card three months after your friend joins the company we introduced them to.

　⭐The reward will be sent to the participant by mail.

Important points:

　❗ The reward will only be given in the case the participant’s friend successfully joins a company we introduced them to. The conditions to receive the award are not met if the participant’s friend is not given a job offer from one of our partner companies, or they reject the job offer.

　❗ Each reward will be given in one month intervals. For example, if the participant’s friend joins the company on April 1st, the first reward will be given on May 1st, the second reward will be given on June 1st, and the third reward will be given on July 1st. However, if the date that the reward must be given happens to fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a National Holiday, the reward will be given the following business day.

　❗ If for any reason the company terminates the contract of the participant’s friend, the full reward will still be given to the participant during the same three month period.

　❗ If the participant’s friend decides to quit the company for personal reasons, the reward will be given to the participant only until the participant’s friend leaves the company. For example, if the participant’s friend quits the job in the middle of the second month, the reward to the participant will only be given until the second month, thus the part of the reward for the third month will not be given.
